Making your myGHCares login You can acquire a login for the myGHCares Patient Portal one of two ways:

1. When you visit the Registration Desk at Grays Harbor Community Hospital, you can begin the myGHCares enrollment process by giving the Registration Clerk your email address. You will then receive an email with a one-time-use user name and password and a secure link so you can begin making your personal login to myGHCares.

2. If you have recently been a patient with Grays Harbor Community Hospital, you will already have a Medical Record Number, or "M-Number," with us. All you need to do is connect that M-Number with an email address to make your myGHCares login.

To connect your M-Number with an email address, contact the Health Information Records Department at Grays Harbor Community Hospital either by phone at (360) 537-0577 or visit the Release of Information (ROI) window in person. Open Monday through Friday, 8am - 11:30am and 12pm - 4:20pm
